We used several different machine learning methodologies to forecast turnover using the given data and analyze the contributing causes and effects that contribute to loss of time and Retention. Our development team used a disciplined agile delivery approach to efficiently find solutions to the given problems by working in close collaboration with each other as we analyze and report on findings.
