With such a broadly focused mission it takes constant communication to bring the application of that vision down to the day to day activities necessary to carry it out. By holding regular meetings with stakeholders I was able to successfully collaborate with our IT department in implementing a new vaccine inventory tracking system. Using Microsoft SharePoint I developed Intranet pages that assisted with not only the inventory tracking system project but provided pages for additional Nursing Division Programs such as Family Planning, a Flu Outreach Campaign, and our Immunizations Project team. Along with improved communication for our projects I developed processes and user documents for our outreach teams to use in the field.

Analyzing the successes and setbacks of local business teams gave me the opportunity to develop a training program that addressed the teams’ knowledge gaps. Providing training for business owners as well as making presentations to potential clients enabled me to work with individuals from varying backgrounds. By developing surveys for both business owners and clients, I was able to more directly address their needs and increase team size as well as our number of clients.
