►Delivered the end-to-end marketing program under time and budgetary constraints, contributing to the successful launch of Kayo Sports application.
► Administered multi-million-dollar launch budget of approximately $15M. ►Guided internal teams to comply with marketing roadmap and realise business priorities. ►Presented program updates, performance reports, and recommendations in Executive meetings. ►Collaborated with other managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and adjust conflicting priorities without impeding the overall program lifecycle.
