Jun. 2019 - Mar. 2025A mix between a functional consultant, project manager and implementer, my role is managing digital projects, working closely with the client and our development team in order to ensure we are delivering an outstanding client experience. I am the key client contact for my 'accounts' with overall ownership of the timeline, budget and client relationship, with a focus on translating (sometimes complex!) client needs into actionable tasks for the team. Often this includes the full project lifecycle (discovery, specification, design, configuration and development, data/content migration, testing and training), ensuring resources are in place and deliverables completed on time, on budget and to an excellent standard. Key responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day communication with clients for both active projects and 'maintenance mode' ones
- Manage project timelines and project performance against budget
- Work closely with clients to understand and document their business requirements, challenges, and goals
- Design and document CRM and WordPress solutions that meet client needs, leveraging best practices and standards
- Lead the implementation of CRM (CiviCRM) solutions, including custom specifications, configuration and data migration
- Lead the development of websites (WordPress) including design, build, training, content migration
