Solfácil is a B2B2C company, highly focused on B2B and ABM strategies. The marketing is a cross BUs entity, accountable in leading all communication with our installer partners and end users.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead installers acquisition, from lead generation to first transaction within the platform, using inbound marketing, performance marketing and social media.
- Lead installers engagement thru Solfácil Mais, a breakthrough benefits program where B2B installers have business leverages as they increase their transactions with Solfácil.
- Lead Solfácil Brand Positioning: Ideate, develop, deliver and execute the new Solfácil Brand Positioning, and exerting governance over all communications spread across multiple stakeholders and channels, from business units, to the commercial team and all media platforms.
- Lead all Go to Market (GTM) efforts, from new in-platform features, App, an IoT device (marketed as Ampera), assuring product adoption from our B2B partners
- Lead Trade Marketing efforts, with special focus on commercial training, promotions, incentives and online & offline materials
- Lead Events: strategize, define, develop and execute all of Solfácil participation in events, with special focus at Intersolar South America, the largest Solar market Fair in Latin America. At the 2022 event, Solfácil had the largest stand with the largest audience.
