• Prepare executive reports, performance summaries, and decision memos to support strategic and operational alignment.
• Represent the VP in internal follow-ups, cross-department coordination, and confidential discussions. Financial & Operational Support: • Support the Finance Department with analysis related to treasury, bank accounts, asset movement, AP/AR follow-ups, incentives, payroll coordination, and month-end closing activities.
• Review financial submissions from subsidiaries to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
Project & Cross-Company Coordination
• Follow up on group-wide initiatives such as dealer development, incentive programs, stock reports, bank facilities, and internal audit actions.
• Ensure accurate communication flow between central finance and automotive companies regarding policies, cost adjustments, and compliance.
• Track progress and deadlines for strategic projects and submit updates to the VP. Communication, Documentation & Governance: • Draft formal letters, internal memos, SOPs, and policy summaries for finance and administrative decisions.
• Maintain organized digital records, approvals, and confidential documents for group senior management.
• Support governance practices through structured reporting, professional documentation, and process alignment. Achievements & Impact:
