Jan. 2018Yoga should literally be for EVERY BODY, no matter their age, gender, physical condition. I believe in an accessible, all-inclusive practice, customized for a variety of body-mind needs. As a trainee at the Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam - the only certified Yoga Therapy in Europe, I have gained a clearer understanding on the beauty of breathwork, the gentleness of restorative postures, the power of guided meditation and embodiment overall. This totally changed my approach on personal practice and on the group or private classes for others. Yoga deserves its place in studios, schools, corporations, co-working spaces and even care facilities – as it is a proven tool for improving overall wellbeing and health. And this is what I am building via Yoga for Bodymind with Anca.
