Circulated all communication to key board members and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Managed a $25M annual budget. Reviewed all contracts, communication, and ad copy, ensuring the mission and values of the organization were upheld. Streamlined SOPs and ensured all NDAs were processed and kept on file.
Highlights of accomplishments in this role include:
• Facilitated the logistics for VIP hospitality suites for all board members and their guests, and hosted the band’s meet and greet when ALI sponsored The Rolling Stones in 2019.
• Implemented money-saving strategies that saved the organization over $500K each year.
• Maintained excellent relationships with 20+ vendors and 100+ stakeholders, including CEOs, CPAs, Attorneys, government officials, renowned academic researchers, and PR agencies.
• Managed a $25M annual budget, including handling all membership dues, tax processes, annual audits, procurement, vendor contract management, and ad spending.
