• Nurture Dynamics 365 and Power Platform marquee customer relationships across co-marketing relationship lifecycle (evidence, PR, event, campaigns, reference) • Collaborate across integrated marketing, PR, and engineering to strategize advocacy opportunities and key content messaging for each customer that aligns to field enablement, news disclosures, and marketing moments • Develop tailored customer engagement plans outlining marcom activities, storytelling approach, content messaging and positioning, and amplification opportunities for 12-month engagements
• Partner with production teams to execute development of Showcase content and amplification strategies, often under aggressive timelines, ensuring alignment to key value statements and product messaging
• Prepare monthly Executive Business Report from various Power BI dashboards to share impact of customer content and presence across key events and marketing moments (views and impressions across event, web, blog, and social campaigns)
• Lead biweekly calls with product marketing, integrated marketing, and engineering leads to review customer pipeline for potential news alignment and story amplification, progress of customer engagements and stories in-production, and triaging customers experiencing technical challenges
