• Establish strategic direction, prioritization of resources, and alignment of cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of critical initiatives for a successful launch of new therapeutic for ASMD. These essential success factors include product supply, value creation for payers; development of a robust global evidence generation plan, stakeholder engagement, communication and dissemination of complex, nuanced product data, and ensuring a positive patient experience through patient support program.
• Lead a team of marketers and partnering with key functions including market access, HEVA, pricing, industrial affairs/manufacturing, business operations/analytics, training, regulatory/labeling, public affairs, regions, and countries.
