I was responsible for selling Data Intensity’s services which includes Oracle hardware, software and cloud offerings coupled with Data Intensity’s managed and professional services to support, manage and deliver those solutions into the Financial Services sector. • Successfully positioned Managed Services, Oracle Resale and Professional Services, Oracle Technology solutions including On Premise, Cloud and Hybrid combinations of both to customers, specific on their data strategy and security preferences, determining the best consumption model for the customer to a variety of large, household name, FS clients • Managed Profit & Loss accounts for existing managed service accounts which maintained longevity and / or profitability. ‘Engineered’ system case study Large services business turnover £1 billion, 7,500 employees. Client had a complex database estate supporting critical business applications but were also faced with having to reduce the size of the IT support team. • There were talks with large outsourcing business to completely outsource the whole IT infrastructure, but that was taking time and was complex. • Change of dynamics within the account opened up new opportunity. Combined with my relationships with other key members of staff, this enabled me to strategically work to win the trust and ultimately, the opportunity to bring client success. • Initially, we positioned and signed an initial one year Managed Service contract encompassing their entire Oracle database and middleware estate. This was extended for a further two years, due to its cost effectiveness, a dedicated local account team and widening knowledge of all things Oracle.

With plans to approach well-known retailers and restaurant chains to get them involved with phase 2 of the POC.
