• Led the review / assessment of end-to-end climate reporting measures processes for data collection, validation, modelling and reporting from local operations, regional business leads and Global Group FP&A for 10 LATAM markets.

Finance Systems Integration & Month-End Reporting
• Supported the merge of 4 markets acquired in LATAM worth $1.2bn turnover, including chart of accounts homologation - local SAP to BPC accounts, local and regional project management including KPMG. Achieved successful acquisition BS mapping and load into BPC
• Provided critical support and seamless systems integration oversight, to ensure month end activities delivered on time, considering new system / ways of working and language limitations, alleviating concerns on markets readiness to start MEC activities following global protocols, leading and supporting LATAM markets to transition and deliver MEC results from 10 days to 7 days.
• Provided structure to teams, ensuring deadlines met and translating global priorities to regional actions.
• Supported other functions including, Audit, Tax, FP&A and Group Reporting.
• Created training material, processes and training sessions onsite and remote in both English / Spanish.
