As a member of the executive committee, I actively contribute to defining and implementing the company’s strategy by aligning HR priorities with business objectives. Key responsibilities:
- Accompagnement des managers dans la gestion RH quotidienne et stratégique
- Pilotage des relations sociales et du dialogue avec les partenaires sociaux
- Mise en conformité réglementaire et gestion des élections professionnelles
- Contribution à la stratégie RH locale et groupe, en lien avec les enjeux de transformation Key Achievements:
- Change Management & M&A: Led change initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, impacting over 50% of the workforce across three distinct entities.
- Social Dialogue & Compliance: Successfully implemented the Social and Economic Committee (CSE), coordinated elections, and negotiated collective agreements (profit-sharing, incentive plans, PERO, PERCOL, PEE, health and welfare benefits).
- HR Digitalization: Rolled out an integrated HRIS covering time tracking, leave management, payroll variables, and expense reporting, streamlining operational processes.
- International Reporting: Managed HR reporting and feedback processes within a dual matrix structure, ensuring alignment with international headquarters.
- Supporting managers in both day-to-day and strategic HR matters
- Leading social dialogue and managing relationships with employee representatives
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing professional elections
- Contributing to both local and global HR strategy in line with transformation goals
- Internal Communication: Designed and led internal communication campaigns to raise awareness and foster employee engagement around HR initiatives and tools.
