• Manage projects for designing and implementing systems, data conversions for thirteen companies, processes and procedures.
• Oversee company-wide efforts to identify and evaluate all business system needs.
• Coordinate, authorize, and audit security for PeopleSoft HRMS system.

• SOX Compliance and Audit (HR & IT). Post-implementation software support through tier-3 and lead positions.
