Through simulation of the entire gear production factory , a new production flow that shortened the throughput time from 6,45 days to 3,77 and a new work process for simulation projects. Both were implemented shortly after the thesis was presented. Master thesis in applied logistics for the supply chain of a transmission box: Through Value Stream Mapping identify 9 possible improvement areas in the total supply chain from manufacturing gears to a ready gearbox. Among the 9 possible improvements where several unidentified stock areas containing as much as 1164 pallets. Skrev två examensarbeten både för Högskoleingenjörstiteln samt för en Magiter i Tillämpad Logistik.
