We perform user testing for multiple products; communicated the results from each test, made suggestions and help implement them. Copywriting, copy-editing, and content design for both internal and external communications, both in print and online. Lastly, I provide basic front-end development support with the use of click-through prototyping.

I work closely with the product manager, stakeholders, and engineering teams to design useful, usable interfaces for independent artists to collaborate. I rapidly design low-to-high-fidelity wireframes / prototypes. I conduct extensive user interviews and develop personas for our software. As a small team my work is sent directly to our front and back-end developers for production.
