Implement and monitor international mobility programs in support of clients to ensure consistency with SLA's, compliance and quality standards. Source and manage vendor and supplier relationships - ensuring successful communication, contract negotiations, outcomes, and compliance. Provide supplier HR support, onboarding, training, and team building. Identify and evaluate new trends, technologies, and services to enhance offerings and improve processes. Account Management - drive KPI's to increase market share and net revenue. Pitch new services, update, create and assist with Global Mobility processes, review and update best practices. Prepare and present business reviews using data to tell the story of relocation and global mobility trends. Deliver detailed relocation information and insight to internal and external clients in regard to immigration, tax, cross border, intercultural/cultural services. Act as client resource, work across teams to provide successful outcomes, flex to meet business needs.
