My Responsibilities: -Research, develop and manage the product life-cycle, internally and with all major accounts.
-Successfully manage and identify improvements in process, efficiency and productivity.
-Develop and define long term product goals of the business development team collaboratively.
-Develop the strengths and skills of each team member, product knowledge and industry skill of each member.
-Work closely with Marketing to develop successful lead generation campaigns, follow up and quantifying ROI.
-Motivate team members through creative incentives, product launches and customer support initiatives.
