Performs conflict resolution among all levels of staff to ensure consistent handling of employee relations issues at multiple locations.
Oversees organizations compensation packages by conducting salary surveys and audits job descriptions to ensure the organization is competitive within the job market.
Handles employee grievances and complaints, excelling in relations counseling and exit interviewing. Coordinate and assist management staff with the preparation of written employee disciplinary notifications and participates in disciplinary proceedings
Oversee Benefits Administration, including Health, Life, Dental, State Retirement, 401(k), FMLA, FSA and 457.
Oversees Workers' Compensation claims and implements necessary accommodations to bring employee's back to work as soon as possible.
Oversees all Leaves of Absence and prepares communication letters and memorandums to employees and supervisors regarding eligibility and status of leave.
Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals, through Strategic Management;, recommends new approaches, policies, and protocols to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed, while participating in the development department goals and objectives.
Develop and monitor Performance Evaluation programs, providing direction to Supervisors on the proper procedure for evaluating staff and revising plans as necessary. Develop succession plans within the organization by working with managers to identify potential leaders.
Develops staff training program to establish best practices for customer service, workplace harassment, communication, and time management.
Oversees full-cycle recruitment process; attends job fairs as needed.
