I was responsible for: Cost and resource planning, including operating expenses, as well as capital expenditure within the approved budget parameters, identifying cost savings opportunities across multiple functions and facilities. Accountability for all project delivery, risk profiling, budgetary management, and comprehensive reporting as well as the setting and management of KPIs and operational parameters of the contract or project. All sourcing activities, quality control, compliance and strategic supply chain implementation and commercial control across multiple buying locations and with a global distribution network to 50+ markets Vendor Management including Contractual engagement, Compliance & Audit and Service level delivery KPI accountability for multiple client contracts.
