Hi there I’m Collette Rowland I am a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 11 year’s experience and at Present I am a Technical lead over a team of 6 at RMB I have 3 years leadership experience. My Core/Primary Languages are C# (including Blazor) and SQL with JavaScript; CSS; HTML; Angular; Typescript as my secondary languages; I have been working in .Net 5,6 7,8 & 9 and with technologies such as RabbitMQ , gRPC , Elastic Search, Azure blob storage, Azure SQL, Azure functions and Restful Api’s , For Database I have used TSQL with SSMS, MongoDB & PostgreSQL. I have Architected Several applications Using: 1 Microservice Architecture; 2. Event driven Architecture; 3.SPA Architecture; 4. Clean Architecture & Vertical Slice Architecture and Written Architectural design documentation and Technical documentation for several projects. For Agile processes I have used Azure DevOps; Jira and TFS. I currently lead daily Scrum/Standups with a scrum master, I lead Sprint planning meeting fortnightly with my team, Ticket grooming/refinement sessions and sprint Retrospectives. Technologies I use for Branch creation and pull requests include Bitbucket, Git fork , Git Kraken , Git bash and for coding VS code and Visual studio 2019 and 2022 and Do code reviews and Code demos, weekly One to ones, KPI meetings, Interviewing Candidates, onboarding new employees and mentoring of Interns, Junior and midlevel developers
