What started as a Product Design role has evolved to include turns in Product Ownership, Project Management, and everything in between. Accomplishments include: - Product ownership on internal development initiatives - Aligning design teams and tech teams on large enterprise projects - Development of collaborative workshops and design centered offerings - Guiding the refresh of company values and vision through workshop facilitation and survey creation - Revamps and improvements on several internal processes - Supporting company culture as as a member of the Employee Action Committee (EAC) and the DEI Collective - All of the above while still advocating for and demonstrating the value of human centered design principles across the company.

The design process included surveys, interviews with pet owners and animal shelter staff, user story mapping, card sorting, wire framing, prototyping, user testing, multiple iterations, and peer based design reviews.
