IT Procurement Department • Stablish the annual plan for the acquisition of assets and administration to keep the inventory of assets regularly updated, analyze agreements and service contracts • Procurement-related activities: evaluate proposals, supplier research, negotiation, and purchases. • Manage budget and analyze agreements and service contracts • Analysis and acquisition of software technologies: architecture and development for the different business units: - IaaS, SaaS platforms , Cloud (Azure, AWS...) • Cloud management platforms and multi-cloud intermediation solutions. • Achievement of TOP initiatives: Google cloud (Cartagena refinery), Repsol APP Waylet, Oracle implementations... Communication Intelligence • Manage of Social Networks through Hootsuite: FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Analytics & Instagram • Measurement and monitoring as well as different recommendations • Reports and other strategic documents and contribute to the further development of strategic products • Obtain and analyze insights and intelligence data of relevant issues related in a significant way to oil, gas, and energy issues: Policy, legislation, contracting, security strategy and climate change related to energy.
