Facilitated 40+ industry thought leaders (subject matter experts in digital technologies, innovation leads and directors of transformation leads) in a collaboration addressing digital needs identified in the First Edition roadmap. Objective to build consensus around the value proposition to escape ‘pilot purgatory’ and achieve enterprise wide adoption. Part of BLAZE transformation there were multiple touchpoints for stakeholder management but delivered end-user roll out for 10,000+ requisitioners in UK on time. Coordinated small team including Business Analyst, Training Manager and Communications Manager, and used existing Accounts Payable staff to train trainers at each site and resolve issues. Utilised effective Change techniques to address resistance from scientists across different sites and other key locations. Every AstraZeneca employee in the UK was trained. UK adoption was successful. Effected UK wide behaviour change moving requisitioners to system workflow which ensured compliance to Sarbanes Oxley 2002.
