Program manager and leader of Region 6, a five-state region of the nation's premier federal radiation response organization, providing expertise and outreach in radiation assessment and mitigation to governments and private industry. • Developed training programs and planned for all Agency participation in Pentagon and national-level exercises.
• Led the development program of a new $250 thousand command center common operating picture software and hardware IT solution that enhanced real-time situational awareness supporting law enforcement and crisis response contingencies.
• Efficiently led the reduction in force of the Agency, sunsetting and passing the protection of the Secretary of Defense mission and personnel FTEs to the Army Criminal Investigation Division.
• Found multiple efficiencies and redundancies in the directorate budget, allowing for the purchasing of two new remote explosive disposal robots for the EOD branch at $100 thousand each.
• Ensured, through intra-agency collaboration, intra-agency coordination, and communications, the construction finalization of a new CBRNE operations building, including the accreditation of the Pentagon identification laboratory and the security accreditation of the building and secure (SCIF) spaces and communications circuits.
