Initially, the focus of this role was to improve the processes and systems in place to support the Sales Team. I worked closely with the National Sales Manager to identify areas for improvement, and managed all stages of the implementation of improvements, which incorporated:
- Business Process Engineering
- Salesforce Administration - Documentation [Change Management, Process, Procedure and Policy]
- User Training. I have since managed a number of cross functional process engineering, data cleaning and system enhancement projects. key achievements include:
- Streamlined and cleansed Sales processes, data and reports providing greater clarity, efficiency and accuracy.
- Company Intranet development and deployment [Zendesk Administration]
- A standardised Product Price List, and supporting maintenance processes
- A standardised Quoting template, serving multiple functions of the business
- Process re/engineering of the Quoting and Invoicing processes, again serving multiple functions of the business
