- Ideated, developed and launched a team BI dashboard to simplify performance monitoring of 80 projects and defined monitoring KPIs. Reduction of reporting material production time from 8 hours to 2 hours.
- Responsible for 10 clients on Inbound Marketing Projects. Coordinated a 5 members team. Average monthly traffic growth: ~3%. Average of 2 keywords positioned organically on 1st or 2nd page. As Consultant:
- Engineering client: designed new data model infrastructure, 30.000+ housing units. Polished and created a unified registry and developed data visualization model through Qlik, prioritized maintenance intervention based on data.
- Utilities client: assessed the Smart Stadium market. Analyzed the existing large sport infrastructures landscape positioning them within their urban context to prioritize potential proposals. Prepared commercial offer.
- Sport association client – professional sports league: organized Tv Rights tender as official advisors. Built the technical RFP (production), interviewed participants (producers and broadcasters), received the offers, drafted business plans to explore owned digital media (OTT) alternatives. Value of the rights doubled.
- Insurance client: assessed the efficacy of sponsorship activities through a one-year multi-waved survey issued to assess the stickiness of the Olympic Team sponsorship activities. Assessed the Value to which the brand most associated to (“nearness”), positioned company on a value map. Competitors’ copy strategy.
