Jan. 2019 - Jul. 2022I worked as an Agile leader, coordinating the development of projects from requirements to delivery, aligned with the schedule for delivering over 600 reports on economic-financial matters. I managed dependencies and resolved conflicts among three teams, aiming to support C-level executive decision-making. I used Kanban to achieve project's goals. My work was characterized by agility and efficiency. I promoted strategic initiatives within the teams, using workflow management and bottleneck elimination. I coordinated daily stand-up meetings to ensure efficient communication and alignment of the teams with the report priorities. On my own initiative, I implemented and trained the teams in using the industry-standard software, PjECalc, ensuring standardized procedures and reliability of results from management to operation. The introduction of PjECalc, combined with agile methodologies, elevated the quality of the results presented to the executives, providing a solid foundation for strategic decisions. The culture of continuous improvement and adaptability allowed us to deliver projects with greater agility and precision, transforming the way we work and ensuring the strategic success of CELESC.
