• developed and led Takeda International’s omnichannel marketing (OC) strategy & maturity model, rolled out across China, Korea, Brazil, Russia & Ukraine, over 3 years with a result of: a) development of a regional digital leadership council and network, b) an approximate 64% improvement in OC maturity and function, c) a 40% digital experimentation ideation-to-scale achievement, d) cross-area Net Promoter Score pilot leading to improved visibility and cross-pollination of effective customer experience practices • developed and executed of Takeda Emerging Markets Digital Health Partnership Strategy which include the conduct of digital health scouting tours across key markets, resulting in execution of Digital Health Innovation Challenges and a portfolio of digital health project incubated and partially scaled in China, Korea, Kenya & The Philippines
