*Developed and delivered a clear, concise Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Strategy. *Cross-functional experience with a variety of program sponsors and Executive Committee members to ensure authentic messaging. *Developed the Employer Brand narrative. *Optimised the recruitment funnel and engagement strategy to support high growth. *Supported M&A team with an acquisition in Japan and San Jose - delivered comms and cultural changes needed to support the transition.
*Ensured the Recruitment Marketing Campaigns were fit for purpose to achieve global stretch and headcount requirements.
*Worked with both RPO and Internal TA teams. *Upskilled the internal teams [Hiring Managers and TA] to develop an understanding of Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding.
*Developed and implemented playbooks for Recruitment Marketing, Employee Ambassadors,Senior Execs on Social.
*Managed internal creative resources covering creative content, social media, web, internal communications etc. *Managed a global agency that supported the delivery of a new careers site, along with continuous improvement. *Vendor and contract management with channels like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc. *Led employee experience programs, supporting change using insights from pulse surveys.
