As the senior technical architect and program manager for JP Morgan Markets in Europe, I am accountable to the senior business heads in Europe, as well as to the US based technology management group. I oversaw all aspects of the e-trading build-out internationally, and built process around requirements gathering, quality control, build and release management as well as the day to day software development. Iโm also actively involved in enterprise architecture decisions across the Corporate and Investment bank; and accountable for user interface architecture across the organization. Primary responsibility was the architecture and implementation of all e-com flows on the platform, Managed build-out of FX Spot, Forward, Swap and Options trading for clients and internal traders. Managed build-out of Commodities DMA and EMM trading for external and internal traders Managed re-build of Quantitative Market Making Rates trading application Managed build-out of Credit Derivatives trading application. Re-architected the Sales platform to leverage highly distributed, highly available service architecture, and a componentized user interface to enable scale over multiple, geographically distributed development teams. Ran a 30 man agile development team (split in multiple pods), and had matrix responsibility for an additional 70-100 developers, project managers and business analysts. Oversaw architecture for the remaining platform, which included messaging, big data analytics, time series analytics and research. Introduced User eXperience to JP Morgan, and built a 20 man strong User Experience team.
