Company had procured the 5th floor of the current venue location. This project scope of work was to renovate 9,000 sq. ft. from old office space to a premium event space. Responsibilities included liaising with architect on establishing design elements for the space, working closely with the general contractor, expeditors and all sub-contractors in implementing the sequence of operations.
