Jun. 2021 - Oct. 2022Berlin, AlemaniaAs part of the team at the Adecco Berlin Technology Center we are responsible for executing The Adecco Group's Future@Work strategy, developing and deploying digital products for our customers in more than 60 countries, delivering 360 solutions in Human Resources services throughout the entire customer journey map, both for companies looking for talent and for candidates. I was leading and executing the success strategy for Client Access -digital recruiting platform-, Beeple -workforce management platform- and Pardot -marketing automation tool- by driving engagement of stakeholders, planning and delivering the go-live, onboarding clients and colleagues, training colleagues and activating aftercare. I was in charge of excecuting the marketing strategy, measuring clients and colleagues' experience with the tools (NPS) and analysing the KPIs (Power BI) to make strategic decisions for the products and the business. While working as Success Manager, I organized series of events for TAGQ+ (global network at the Adecco Group supporting the overall D&I strategy for 39,000 employees worldwide) at the Berlin Digital Center including DEI workshops facilitated by me, invited Athena Lam for specialized talks, guided creative workshops, led the participation in Saint Christophers Day’s and organized the first drag show performance in the company during Pride.
