This years-long realignment process called upon my ability to tailor my communication strategies to the particular concerns and interests of different audiences. This realignment process has ranged from establishing research as an integral part of the creative process and the creation of the specific set of deliverables to establishing the metaphorical framework for communicating the process and the products. But perhaps my greatest contribution in my current role has been to help each of the team members understand her own clear path to success within the framework of the coordinated effort: developer, visual designer, interaction designer, programmer, editor or client account manager, each working toward the same end: outstanding user experiences.
