• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers;
• Achieve project implementation timelines. These have mainly been Vodacom projects such as MPLS implementations and Hosted Voice, but I have also been involved in projects across the Tarsus group. These include, but are not limited to:
• Online CSP Project;
• System Integration Projects;
• Warehouse Management System Optimisation Project;
• Warehouse Standardisation Project;
• CRM Implementation;
• Client Data Clean-up.
• Manage workflow and communication of upstream service providers and customers/Business Development Managers;
• Partner commissions – calculating commission per partner and ensuring all the billing services are reflecting on the reconciliation we receive from vendors;
• Submission of all new billing services to vendors on a monthly basis;
• Servicing customers from a sales perspective where needed;
• Dealing will commission queries from partners;
• Ensuring orders are created on time (from when they are requested) and making sure they are processed and approved according to SLA;
• Dealing with day to day queries that aren’t pertaining to projects. (i.e. service requests, billing enquiries)
