Marketing & marketing analytics for B2C & B2B channels: Reporting to CMO, executed on materials for the entire customer life cycle including awareness, lead acquisition, engagement, and churn prevention. Responsibilities included overseeing an internal team and a number of external agencies. Product development: Day-to-day stakeholder to a team of developers to revamp SaaS B2B learning technology platform. Developed product concepts and coordinated agile methodology to help deliver new B2B product suite. Customer success - led and managed the customer service department, including optimization of processes to serve B2C customers and obtain customer feedback and influence product development to better serve client needs. Several product features emerged out of this work such as coach marks, video progress bar, downloadable content, optimized check-out experience and revamped “My Learning Page”.
