● Test Execution: Performing manual testing activities, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to verify the behavior and performance of Salesforce applications in the hospitality industry. This involves executing test cases, logging defects, and providing detailed feedback to development teams.
● Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects discovered during manual testing. You work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions for the hospitality industry.
● Test Documentation: Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports. These documents serve as references for future testing efforts and provide transparency regarding the testing process and outcomes.
● Test Strategy and Improvements: Continuously reviewing and refining the test strategy to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of manual testing in the Salesforce hospitality environment. This may include identifying opportunities for test automation, optimizing test coverage, and implementing best practices for manual testing.
● Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure clear communication, alignment, and understanding of testing requirements and outcomes. You play a key role in facilitating effective communication and resolving any issues that arise during the manual testing process.
