Our mission was to empower organizations with the transformative potential of LinkedIn Sales Navigator & LinkedIn Sales Insights. By modernizing their sales teams with superior Go-To Market Intelligence, we equipped them to conquer the unique challenges of 21st-century selling. My home base was at the EMEA & LATAM headquarters in Dublin, but I loved hitting the road to connect with our valued customers throughout the region. Beyond leading our regional team, I was also privileged to serve on the Global Leadership Team for LinkedIn Sales Solutions. As a collective force, we achieved hypergrowth, propelling the global business to over $1 billion in Annual Recurring Revenue by 2022. Notably, EMEA & LATAM experienced a remarkable sixfold expansion during my tenure. Additionally, during my tenure, I had the chance to step into the role of leading the North American division of LinkedIn Sales Solutions on an interim basis in FY21. It was a thrilling experience collaborating with teams and customers across the USA & Canada. The unique twist was that I navigated this role remotely from Ireland, prompted by Covid-related travel restrictions. Passion drives me in the workplace.
