With new projects coming in, I helped with onboarding the new developers, setting up and improving the development processes and helping the to become better developer through code reviews, advices and feedback. I also helped the company with the knowhow on designing key features for offline modes, coding practices and BPM flow systems. At this time I wanted to delve more into DevOps, soo I designed the on-demand testing environments with kubernetes to support internal QA and testing and also to enable potential customer to spin up their own isolated demo environments.

I took over designing End-to-end zero-knowledge security system and implemented it with React. Launching the initial version we needed to look forward, so I did the vetting and hiring of additional developers, improving the internal processes and also putting together docker-based infrastructure (before k8s), that was able to scale and adapt to usage with zero downtime.
