When I started, we were more content factory as opposed to the full service creative and media shop we are today. We were shooting content in window sills, and gaming Facebook edge rank with content volume, speed and timing. It was around this same time that Facebook dropped organic reach for brands and agencies had to pivot to new media realities. VaynerMedia did just that. Our media team grew a ton, we built an in-house studio and balanced the three-legged stool of price, quality, and speed. My original stable of brands consisted of Ab-Inbev, GE Capital, and Hasbro. Somewhere between month 6 and month 18, our business with ABI started to explode, as my team's revenue shot up 393% between 14' and 15', so it was there that Gary and I decided to focus me and my leadership team's time.
