Managing and controlling of all procurement related activities. 2. Preparation of procurement schedule. 3. Selection and finalization of Suppliers and Sub Contractors. 4. Preparation & review of comparative statements. Negotiate and finalize contract in line with the project plan, specifications and budgetary constraints. 5. Research market periodically to determine material/services prices and availability of other suitable supplier /subcontractors. 6. Prepare and review periodic reports, viz. procurement status, material submittal status to monitor timely and effective procurement process. 7. Timely action with regard to submittals/re-submittals in conjunction with the Project team.
