The SDI Program for the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation with annual revenue exceeding $1b faced key challenges including rapid scope expansion from 12 to 36 projects in the first nine months and frequent shifts in program priorities largely in response to legislatively driven ICT priorities with tight timeframes. The Transformation Program is a major ERP replacement program, streamlining business processes to refresh critical end of life systems. The SDI2 Program delivered 34 initiatives in the same time as the originally scoped 12, $470k under budget.

I wrote & executed sets of test scripts covering a wide range of functionality adhering to strict scheduling constraints. The coverage & meticulous execution of the tests revealed several hundred bugs with 97% of all system issues addressed in testing against an industry average of 70% ensuring the quality of customer experience. My work helped ensure 18 months of development fulfilled business requirements and went live defect free, ahead of schedule and on budget.
