3) Leading comprehensive administrative support, including handling travel arrangements for executive trips, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Tracking and managing expenses and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting and processing.
4) Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Streamlined administrative processes, resulting in improved efficiency and reduced costs.
5) Recruiting, hiring and training office administration staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively. Providing guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations to promote professional development and productivity.
6) Organizing the office administration work, managing and maintaining company T&E policy & procedure and booking systems, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and best practices, streamlining the workflow and reporting processes, and enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of travel and expense management.
