This included financial modelling, forecasting, market development, and strategic planning to meet short and long-term goals. Market Assessment and Strategy: Conducted in-depth market assessments to understand commodity trends, industry risks, and opportunities. Developed and led the go-to-market strategy for the sustainability solutions sub-segment, aligning with the mining project lifecycle and full-service client offerings. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Led geographically diverse and multi-disciplinary teams. Created and guided global sales teams to execute go-to-market strategies and other global sales development programs. Sales and Marketing Integration: Developed and executed integrated global sales and marketing programs, ensuring alignment with jurisdictional policies and regulations related to the worldwide energy transition. Major Accomplishments: In collaboration with the Global Vice President of Geochemistry, I spearheaded a global sales strategy and team to cultivate relationships and capitalize on opportunities across the minerals value chain. This international team, with members from Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, and Australia, exceeded their 2021 goals.
