Leadership: A Human Approach Over the past 25 years I’ve developed a human centric approach to leadership and the transformation of toxic cultures into safe spaces. Leading to a better understanding of yourself, your motivations, and how you impact the human system around you. So, let’s dismount the habit horse, change our relationship with our work, and build the organizations we want to be a part of. For organizations I provide insight to transforming your culture into a highly engaged, problem solving, collaborative space through the application of Systems Thinking and Spiral Dynamics. Much like the individual journey, organizations must first understand themselves and what they value before they can successfully transform.
