• Worked on a wider range of elements in different zones of the plane such as Stow-bins, End-caps, IFE (Inflight Entertainment), Crowns, Floors, IPs (Integration Panels), and 787 Conceptual Pathway Reservations Models.
• Handled product management of Wire Harness Installation (WHI), Wire Harness Provisions (WHP), Wire Harness Assembly (WHA) and Wire Harness Installation Drawings (WHID) through ENOVIA.
• Designed and Released WHI, WHP and WHAs, using 3D drafting and visualizing tools, CATIA V5 and Boeing Interim Visualization Tool (IVT), working closely with Boeing and its other 787 Project Partners through presentations and meetings.
• Provided feedback on existing designs and recommended mature EWIS compliant designs on several 787 airplane sections.
• Used Boeing Ephysical/ENO MAPPER/PHG tools to test, modify and approve wiring designs that met Boeing’s design requirements.
• Worked on Wire Harness Installation Drawing Revision Records (WHIDRRs) to study, modify and approve airplane installation suitable 2D engineering drawings that meet FAA requirements.
• Worked to Lean existing design process to identify gaps between requirements and current outputs within own work group.
• Contributed in Intra-company articles to communicate company visions, plans and progresses.
