Performance wise, I manage a substantial patch consisting of OMG, IPG, Publicis, CHE Proximity, Switch Digital and Paykel. The performance network combines premium websites & brands with leading tech (AppNexus) and exclusive Fairfax Media audience data, to deliver against specific direct response goals. Programmatic wise, I manage: Vivaki, Accuen and Cadreon. The Fairfax Exchange is 100% Fairfax O&O, brand safe, premium Australian inventory that includes sites such as SMH, Traveller, Executive Style, Business Day etc. Across both portfolios, I take an active role in: Campaign Management: - Working with Campaign Managers to ensure full delivery, and optimization for peak performance - Troubleshooting with Snr Platform Specialist on programmatic deals that may have low inventory flow, low auction wins, viewability issues etc. Reporting: - Analyzing mid/post performance campaign reports for agencies providing feedback and recommendations - Using Excel to analyse programmatic spend and provide information back to trading desks Technology: - AppNexus platform: pulling reports and setting up private deals - Adomik and ability to understand and interpret programmatic analytics - Multiple DBM certifications and various tech certificates - Experience working with Ad Exchanges, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, Ad Networks etc. Training: - Supporting the brand sales team on integrated responses to ensure Fairfax puts forward best in class, comprehensive proposals. - Running performance and programmatic 101 sessions as requested for other members of sales - Mentoring and encouraging team AE - Sharing industry knowledge, trends and insights Completed mentorship by Tom Armstrong - Commercial & Marketing Services Director on all aspects of media leadership and operations.

May. 2015 - Aug. 2016I'm was lucky enough to work in the brand sales team at Fairfax alongside a plethora of fantastic, driven, and clever people. As a Digital Account Manager - Agency Sales, I worked with Ikon, Bohemia, Frontier, Warren International London, and Intermedia UAE across an A-list stable of brands such as CBA, NIB, Vodafone, Bankwest, Ubank, Lend Lease, Lion, Westfield etc. Just before I made the switch to performance and programmatic, I did a short stint in Group M looking after Maxus and Essence. The primary focus of my role was the commercialization of the premium Fairfax properties: SMH, The Age, Brisbane Times, Canberra Times, WA Today, and The Australian Financial Review. Monthly, over 10 million Australians interact and engage with Fairfax and it was my responsibility to provide my clients, new, unique and interactive ways to commence a conversation with them. I also worked very closely with our Brands and Audiences teams, Data team, Ad Ops team, Performance team (which I later joined) and in house Strategy team - MADE, to ensure every response put forward was of the highest caliber and precisely to brief. As times rolled on, I took a keen interest in digital ad development, data and insights, programmatic and mobile. I ensured I was learning as much as possible by interacting with those teams daily, and doing my fair share of reading and self paced learning. Achieved a FY result of 104% to plan of a $2.5M+ budget, racking up 15 new business wins and 5 lapsed client wins along the way. I was fortunate enough to commence a mentorship with Tom Armstrong - Commercial & Marketing Services Director.

At our core, we're a production company specializing in video. We excel in branded messaging designed to inspire, educate, inform and ultimately drive transactions. As Business Manager, my main area of responsibility falls into commercializing our multi-screen IPTV and hbbTV network (partnership with 7 West Media) via video content marketing executions optimised in real time to ensure successful campaign delivery. My secondary responsibility falls into commercializing our FTA channel 4ME and production service. BNM is positioned to be the premier, results driven broadcaster in Australia and through our niche categories such as: Food, Surf, Weddings, Health etc. can provide brands with an ROI, higher consumer engagement and relevant environment. I’m here to drive revenue to exceed targets. I ended the 2014 FY at $1.2M of a $1.06M personal budget. I’m currently working towards a 2015 FY budget of $2.5M. Lastly, I also look after the entire Sydney book of business for TVNZ and its On-Demand platform which carries blue chip clients such as: Dick Smith Electronics, HP, Sharp etc. I enjoy big picture, creative thinking, coupled with ideation and maximum return for content marketing investment. I’m across delivery technologies and platforms like Brightcove and Outbrain and have a general understanding of programmatic buying, DSPs and try to stay as up to date as much as possible with self paced learning.
