- Analysis, planning and monitoring of key performance indicators.
- Select and organize/participate in major scientific events and congresses to develop the visibility and reputation of La Roche-Posay, Vichy and SKC brands.
- Participation in events and Congresses as speaker or attendant.
- Presentations at national meetings and hospital events. - Speaker and facilitator.
- Develop and create activities aligned with marketing strategies and needs of the ACD Division. -Implementation of e-learning modules, continuing education programs and part of the Curriculum of managers and Sales Representatives.
- Develop and implement schedules with manuals reviews, medical classes and forums for the launch of new products.
- Apply training and support recycling of products of ACD, through games and interactive e-learning programs.
- Responsible for web meetings for guidance of the Sales Force.
- Update and maintenance in LMS dedicated platform for Training and Development department.
