- Gathering, managing, and prioritizing market/customer requirements.
- Acting as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs.
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Having technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise.
- Running beta and pilot programs during the qualify phase with almost final products and samples. In - Agile environments, regularly reviews completed work and checks with customers to ensure that it meets the customer expectations.
- Managers need market research and competitive analysis skills to complete these tasks.
- Acting as the product’s leader within the company.
- Developing the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures. Deliverables: - Business case

- Hiring/Reviews/Appraisals Experience: - Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives.

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Handling 30-35 members team (Product Team, Development, QA, DevOps, Support and R&D)
- Managing $5-6 million budgeted projects Technical Experience: - Cloud Experience (AWS)
- Solution Architect - Application Migration (Legacy to SaaS)
