OraclePartner Enablement Strategy Manager Communications Global Business Unit
Mar. 2013 - May. 2017Bucharest, Romania- Launch and Drive Oracle Communication Solution Experts to develop OPN training curriculum for partners such as: training workshops, courses, guided learning paths, boot camps, in-class exams (certifications), online exams (assessments).
- Monitor the entire project management process and include: detailed estimates, planning, deliverables, resources, risks, issues and dependencies according to Oracle’s quality standards. - Liaise and attend meetings with stakeholders as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of training and its development. - Communicate with Oracle partners, Oracle Worldwide Alliance & Channels, and Global Business Unit teams resulting into a beneficial adoption of A&C Enablement strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate the end-to-end activities around launching Specialization and Resell programs for Oracle Communications core products. - Manage the development of the training curricula through OPN Enablement 2.0 offerings resulting into a valuable adoption of a Train-the-Trainer program on specific Oracle Communications Industry Solution product areas. - Design and manage specific internal and external communication campaigns for the partner ecosystem via newsletters, social media, websites, acting as a single point of contact between A&C and OPN.
- Understand the strategic direction of a broad spectrum of partners as it relates to Oracle’s industry solutions and the development of enablement plans that meet their needs. - Collaborate with Oracle WW A&C Communication Global Business Unit team members (CGBU) and Oracle University to help drive future enablement direction that meets partner needs. - Drive Oracle Communications industry solution focused partner committees.
